Can anyone tell me what is good application on android that can do one or both of the following tasks:
1. Manage (view, edit, delete) System logs on android
2. Manage (view, edit, delete) Mobile Data Usage on android

I have chinese tablet with GSM network support and android 4.0.4 ICS.
