Hi!
I have a GT-P7510 10.1 Galaxy tab. I want to know if there is any way I can detect whether there is malware on the device -- my credit card info got stolen, and I am not sure where it was stolen from, so I basically want to see whether there is maybe spyware or other malware on the device. I have contacted Android Market support but they referred me to Samsung support, but their support page is totally broken (cannot select device, so I cannot submit my question). My device is not rooted, and I only install from Android Market. Can anyone help me?

You can can download one of many anti-virus apps from the market to scan the tablet. Did you ever download anything not from the market? Such as apps or files from sites you are unfamiliar with?

OK thanks for all the replies. I was just wondering whether it was at all possible, otherwise wiping is a moot point (you would then just re-install the sneaky app). Like I said I'm not sure where my info leaked from, so this issue was to help with my investigation.
