So I passed again this morning, this time they took their time as they saw the email, the technician agreed he can see the line but because the light was blueish (neon) the line was not easily visible at all angle, he took photos and will send Samsung Levant an email, the expected answer would be on Monday or Tuesday
Back home I took myself photos with a tungsten light, the line was visible on all angle in my photos, I sent the photos to Samsung Levant and said what happened at the service center and that I am sending these photos as added proof.
