My wife got it a week back and i got it earlier today. My wife is using Tracfone (AT&T) and I use Tracfone (Verizon).

Popped up at afternoon coffee break day today... Applying now.

AT&T post-paid (for a few more days at least), SIM installed and on WiFi, did not check manually.

Downloading now. Thanks for the heads up!

Other phones got the December patch right before nougat... we're due for nougat so I wouldn't be surprised if nougat shows up shortly. Especially since we've suddenly gotten 2 patches back to back.
I have to clear my cache partition, my phone's been acting up since the last update. I hope nougat comes soon, I'm probably going to have to do a factory reset anyway, I'd rather just do it once 😕

It isn't expected until May... Moto Germany announced on their official Twitter that Nougat for the X was originally intended for March but has been delayed to May, so don't get your hopes up.

For the German SKU.

I just received the December 1, 2016 security patch. I received it over Wi-fi with my Verizon LTE enabled. I recall removing the nano SIM to receive the September 1, 2016 patch because VZW hadn't approved it at the time most others on different carriers had received the patch OTA. I may be wrong, and if not, it probably means nothing, as with most my observations, but there you have it.

I don't know what you are talking about
If you go to Settings - More - Cellular Networks - Access Point Names and tap your active APN (marked with a green dot) then scroll down there is a field labeled "APN type"... What is in that field?

Got it last night, did not have to pull the SIM.

Not sure it feels any more secure, though... :-)

Sorry don't have an APN listing there
