Ok so as long as I got my order confirmation everything should be fine? I'll be checking for it tonight.

I'd think so. As of now, I don't believe the ban is in place until apple ponies up close to 100 million in the case that they lose. All orders already placed should ship and when the ban hits, then google will have to stop taking orders.

I ordered mine on Saturday evening at 10:41pm and I got my shipment confirmation email at 3:38am on Tuesday. For those that are curious, the shipment info and tracking number also show in your Google Wallet account. My UPS tracking number does not show anything on the UPS site except for the information for a label has been created.

I am curious, for those that have shipment tracking detail, where are the shipments originiating from. I live on the east coast.
