Hi,
I am interested in ordering HTC One and I see in amazon two models
this and this .
What is the difference between the models?

The 1st is a private seller with some pretty bad comments and a higher price, versus buying direct from Amazon. From what's listed for networks, they're the same device, however the private seller has comments indicating that sometimes he ships something other than what is described. Either way it's an unlocked 32GB version. It might be a good idea to consider this as well if you're going the full price route: HTC One Developer Edition It's $50 more for 32GB more storage and an unlockable bootloader (not sure if that matters for your or not).

I personally wouldn't buy a phone from Amazon as I've heard they are sending out used phones as brand new? Customers are receiving unlocked, new phones with carrier applications and start screens. I would prefer to purchase any phone from a shop, as it's guaranteed to be brand new.

I purchased my AT&T HTC One from Amazon. I would definitely choose the second one with the prime shipping. If there happens to be something defective with the phone, and if it's sold directly from Amazon, they will have it replaced asap. I wouldn't even consider the 1st seller.

Why not buy directly from HTC? I bought mine from them, paid $599 for the 32GB unlocked version with free overnight shipping.
