Disable HTC Sense as default launcher

I woke up and noticed my phone converted from my ADW Launcher back to HTC Sense. I read that I can fix this by going into my apps > HTC Sense > clear defaults. However, I cannot find the HTC Sense app on my HTC One. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADW Launcher, but it's not asking me to set it as the default launcher. Any tips will do as I really do like HTC Sense.

When you open the applications menu you need to show All. It should be listed there. If that still doesn't work install home switcher from the play store and use that to switch the launcher.
