Display issues - screen burn

Anyone having screen burn/ ghost icons issue in your device ?
Sometimes a light faded icon appears on my device home screen.
Also faded symbols of notifications/wifi symbol is sometimes visible in notification area.
Please reply.

no not yet, I figured if g⁴s were prone to screen burn I'd start to notice down where the navigation bar triangle, circle, and square are.

I notice this for sure. I see faded icons from the home screen even though my home screen is rarely displayed.

I have this problem too, from reading around it seems like the problem is the display and how the software drives it; I remember reading someone said the OS apparently tells the screen to be too bright and that causes the problem, I don't know...

Their solution was to install an app (Bluelight filter), set the filter to 5% and the color to dark, the problem is solved. I've tried it and it works; after some time I can see a bit of screen burn where the home and back buttons are at the lower part of the screen.

Try using an application that removes the bottom and top buttons after a few seconds. It can be annoying but I've learned to get used to it. The paid version even lets you specify how it acts with individual applications.
