Do i need a flash player?

If my Android Google chrome no longer supports it do I need it? If yes, what do I need to do?

You shouldn't need it unless the webpage you're visiting is super old and poorly coded that it requires a plugin that's been deprecated and unsupported for years. Flash-equivalent code is already included in the browser and depending on your preferences you might just need to approve the scripts to run (if you selected the option to either ask every time or not run automatically).
