Do RMA or refuse delivery?

So I got my ultra and ordered two pairs of buds with credit and extra cash. I only had the ultra for a day before I decided to return it. So phone is back at Samsung as we speak but of course the buds were on back order and just got shipped out today to me. I obviously don't want them as I will end up having to pay for them fully since I returned the phone. Is it better to refuse the FedEx delivery when it arrives? Or am I better off just accepting them and then doing a RMA for them? The guy on Samsung said it's better to do a refusal but IDK if I trust that.

From my understanding RMA is better since it's a return request and you can immediately send it back. With the delivery refusal, the warehouse from where it ships may be different than the return center department.

My suggestion is RMA, easier to track for refund than refusing delivery.

Ditto. You want something you can track as a return. Refusals aren't always delivered back in a timely manner.
