Do you still recommend the Pixel 2?

I love my p2. The size is perfect, the camera is phenomenal, and the photo storage is a great. A good reason to get the phone.

I pre ordered it and I think I paid too much.
If I could go back, I might buy a cheaper Moto. Buuuuut, the camera really is phenomenal.

I recommend the pixel 2, but I do not recommend the XL.. speakers on the 2 are better than the XL, screen is better on the 2 and camera is the same on both... IMO, HTC should've built both the 2 and the XL...

Buy the 2.. or if you don't care about stereo speakers or bezels.... last year's Pixel XL, which is about $3 - 350 bnib now

Even the weaker areas like audio, display and build quality are still really good, and perfectly fine for the majority of people. I just think there is room for improvement in those areas.

Reason for the camera getting a 9 is that I think portrait mode can go one step better. I have taken shots with my wife's iPhone 8+ that I couldn't replicate with the Pixel 2. I know I'm nitpicking but I do think Google can go one step better.

Still prefer the Pixel 2 camera as iPhone 8+ camera is worse in other areas like dynamic range etc...

miss the physical keyboard ( but that's it !) The Pixel is blazing fast , amazing picture quality
(compared to my wife's Iphone 8s) She always comments "your pictures look so much better"
Extremely happy with my purchase. Just my 2 cents worth.

So glad you are liking it! I too often moss the physical keyboard on my phones. What colour 2XL did you get?
