Docs from a Verizon focus group [unconfirmed]

this is obviously the sgs2-stargate sg1. The bionic, in case you missed it, is only 2mm thick. it has a 11.3MP camera with xenon flash and bi-optical 3d 1081p recording capabilities. It has 142 antennas and neural interface capabilities. its screen is holographic projection for interactive video chat and superior gameplay. it has quantumized 10g speeds for up to 623.79 times the speed of 4g. Unfortunately its not grandfathered into unlimited data and has a locked bootloader. Bummer.

Mercy, Sounds like you have been using your flash for grow lights. :-)

could this be in relation to the new Sammy 3D phone that just surfaced and is supposed to hit at the end of the year??

Dumb/easy questions I'm not really finding answers to because I'm dumb:
1) Bionic has notification light? Think (hope) the answer is yes...
2) Bionic is world phone? Assumed it would be but now I'm confused..

Sorry to be a nag and bump these questions, just seemed simple enough and I'd really love a quick answer. Didn't seem worthy of its own thread, lol. Thanks in advance!

a quarter inch thick? That must be wishful thinking. That's only 6.35mm. The slide out screen part of my OGD is 5mm thick. That would be insane. Maybe this is a leak from MDB228 from the year 2014 cuz that's not happening anytime soon. lol.

That's impossible. The european version is 8.44mm as stated by a previous user yet this one is going to be 6.35mm? Not to mention it's gonna have 4G? Something's fishy here...

I've never had one either, although my wife has a Fascinate (got it in May). The Fascinate does not have an indicator light. I don't know of any Samsungs that do, but I admit that I don't know much about any other. The GSII that has been released does not.

The Omnia line has notification lights. :)

That said, this seems to be the "perfect" phone. I don't know if they could fit so many antenna's in a phone that thin though...something doesn't add up.

Probably Yes, all Motorola phones have had a notification light so it would be a surprise if it didn't.

As far as we know, No it isn't a World phone, Sorry, Unless they snuck in a GSM radio when no one was looking. The FCC documents show the Bionic to be a CDMA and LTE phone with out a GSM radio that would make it usable in most countries other than the USA.

Thanks for the answers! Notification light is like a must have for me, and while I would love if it were a world phone, and really am surprised it won't be, I guess thats not a deal breaker.

I think this is a hypothetical. I don't think a phone that meets these specs could be built till 2013-2014.Galaxy s5 perhaps?

lol, the ending really is the icing on the cake of this post.

So it sounds like we will indeed see an LTE version of the SGS2. The question is, will it launch with LTE, or will we have to wait for a later version?

Supposed to launch with LTE.....

Sent from my Droid

Unfortunately, unless I've missed something, nothing points at having or not having LTE. I think this thread should probably be moved to the SGSII/Samsung section of the forums, though.
