Does anyone find S Health useful?

The app isn't going to give you any more walking time because you did weights. The app works off GPS and so it will only accurately give you data for moving distance in kilometers or miles. It's not a miracle app to track everything you do. It's a basic tool to assist in a healthy lifestyle. If you don't like it, find an alternative.
My gym machines record everything you do. Each member has a data card and you slot it in every machine before you use it. Records everything you did and then emails a report to you

Re: Does anyone find S Health useful? Calories in/Calories out

Calories burned and Calories eaten are both recorded in the S Health app, but they are not easily readable "side by side" or "day by day." You have to flip a couple of pages and view them separately. Is this intentional? Maybe most folks don't want to easily see "calories in/calories out" listed next to each other on the same page. :)

I use it with my Gear S3 Frontier but it is not accurate on floors. I also use a Fitbit One and both are different with steps and floors and it does not integrate with MyFitnessPal. It needs work but could be very useful.

I use my Gear Fit2 and sync it with S Health. Both the phone and Gear Fit2 are somewhat inaccurate by themselves, so when I need a reading, I take an average between the two devices and that's the true reading, I think.

I went for a small 2 mile jog today - S-Health thought I was walking. No way to change it. Maybe I jog too slow.

I have the samsung watch and shealth tracks my activities without any input from me walking, elliptical, walking etc.
