Does anyone know how to get a voic input on the LG G3 keyboard?

Voice Input on LG G3 Keyboard

Anyone know how to get voice input on the LG G3 keyboard?
I have added it in the menu and activated everything but the handwriting pencil appears instead. Even after a long press on the "wheel", no voice key appears...
Please...

Go to Settings, Language and input. Is Google Voice Typing checked? If not, turn check on. Then go back to keyboard key and you should be able to select the microphone.

Hmmm....when I turn my Google Voice Typing off, my microphone disappears from the LG keyboard. Turn it on, and it's back. Try downloading another keyboard (SWYPE has been free in Amazon App Store)? Then change back. If not, I am stumped.

So I have checked with another keyboard (Swiftkey) and the voice input works like a charm! So my problem obviously comes from the LG Keybpard itself... But what??
(And yes, I like the LG keyboard so I prefer to use it...)

Ultimately, if a stock app is not performing correctly, you will need to ensure everything is backed up, then Factory Restore. Hopefully that will clear this up.
