Does Hide Read for Whatsapp work properly?

Hi everybody!

I have download an app called "Hide Read for Whatsapp" and it worked fine at the beginning but now I don't know if it is working properly or not. Sometimes I received the Whatsapp messages late. Does anyone have this same problem??
