At first, it sounded like one of those telephone scams, but I do recall talking with an Indian fellow who helped me with sending my CB in for repairs about... 2 years ago.
His concern was from what he could tell from his end, my CB was not receiving updates. I won't be able to get to my CB for a while, but it ended with asking I call him back about this issue when I could get to the Chromebook.
