Does in 2019 samsung galaxy a3 2017 get touchwiz 10 with custom ported rom

Hi i know that samsung on a series gives 3 updates but the are custom roms so is possible to get touchwiz 10 (android p) by poted roms or is hardware ilitation?

Most of the features are software-based, but the A3 might struggle with a more limited processor and RAM. Plus, it would require someone with interest in that particular model to port TW into it with a custom ROM. And as far as TW goes... not a lot of people want it on their phones, so most custom ROMs are meant to get away from it.
