does t-mobile have a procedure to update towers?

coming from verizon, they recommended doing a procedure to update my cell towers. I have not found the procedure online for t-mobile. Is there one?

As Almeuit stated PRL? If thats what your asking you wont find that. PRL is exclusive to CDMA.. So Sprint, early Metro PCS and Verizon have this.
AT&T and T-Mobile do not..
