Does your screen look off balance?

this photo suffers from fisheye. no help just to mention it LOL.

Edit: AND I NEED TO BRUSH THAT HAIR OFF UNDER THE SIGNAL BARS! RRRRAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWR!

Ya, I ran my mouse over trying to flick it away like I would with my finger. My own little blend of OCD WENT, THE FRICK, OFF! Then I laughed. Mostly cuz I tried to use my mouse like my finger LOL.

I'm following this thread with my fascinate and just did the same thing but used my finger to try and wipe off the image and just scrolled lol.

For the sake of you Guy's, ill grab a square in my metals shop Monday and take pics to see if its really out line or not.

I'm only on 2.1, and I can see what you mean about the notification bar, but that's a simple teaser. The time at the top right takes up more room than the usual nothingness on the left, making the background seem like it's smaller on the right.

I don't notice it with the rest of the screen at all though.

I am OTA 2.1 ea28. It looks like an optical allusion to me. The time makes it look smaller but when I take a millimeter ruler the size is the same on mine even though it looks smaller on the right.

mine's straight as far as I can tell
Build # SCH-I500.DL30 Kernal 2.6.32.9

1st when I read this I had to laugh, only Cory has THREE phones he's seeing this on!!! Even if you are down to 2, 1 to test now...

2nd there's something wrong with my mind I can't get my bar on my phone to bend

3rd how did ya do that poll thing? I wanted one when everyone was updating to DL30

4th we need something new to root or install on these things so we have something else to do besides stare at the black bar on top of our phone!

Mine is straight i think, but I just spent the last 10 minutes holding my phone at every angle imaginable to check it. I'm on DL30 still.

At first, after reading Cory's post, I looked at it and saw the same effect. However, it could be just an optical illusion. I'll use a set of calipers at work to measure the notification bar thickness and see what's up. I am running Super Clean 2.6 on my phone though. I'll check and post some dimensions later.

Black bar measurements using a Mitutoyo scientific calipers:
Left side corner of Notification bar thickness = 4.34mm
Right side corner of Notification bar thickness = 4.33mm
This isn't like the most precise measurement, but there is going to be some tolerances in measurements like this and I think they are being met. I work around optics and lasers, so measuring down to mm and nano meter distances are pretty much a specialty of mine. No problem found with my screen.
