Are you tapping that number link? Are you certain it's an actual link, or is the email app trying to convert it into a phone number? What happens if you long-press it?

Is that what shows up when you copy the link and paste it here? All I see is a little truck icon.

Is the link URL on the computer browser the same as the one you posted above?

This is an email from Amazon. I get the same message when I click on Track package.

Go to settings try reset app preferences see if that helps

Great! Do you mean that this was happening with the official Gmail app from Google, or is there some app called "MyGmail"?

Also, the stock email app is whatever the phone came with -- usually just called "Email" or "Mail."
