Double Press To Launch Camera: Indian Users

Thanks to the triple press to call emergency services we don't have double Press To Launch Camera. Has anyone found a way to enable it? I've tried using the bixby button mod which is the fastest to access it but it is still terribly annoying. This was my most used function and it has been removed.
