download lollipop and install

If i download the lollipop version do I have to install it note 4 Verizon I like to stay on kitkat but this annoying pop up to install latest version is getting on my nerves I see too many problems with the 5.0 right now that's why I don't want to install, ,,thanks any advice

Install it. If you have problems they can all be solved by advice given in these forums. Factory reset cures most ills with Lollipop if you get any. I didn't.

Plus the Verizon Lollipop is 5.1.

I stand corrected. It is 5.0.1 not 5.1. Sorry.
