Driving Mode getting on automatically as it connects to wifi

Hello guys,
As soon as My samsung galaxy note2 gets connected to wifi, it enables the driving mode which is very annoying.
I tried changing the location settings of My Places- Car to None in location settngs but still i couldn't solve the problem.

Please tell me something which can help me get rid of this annoying automatic activation of driving mode with wifi connection.
