Ok I just joined this forum to see if some one can help me fix my phone. I had my droid bionic for 1 year now and had no problems. Till the recent update I applied 4 days ago. The phone looked great and worked faster. The one down fall is my battery dies twice as fast now. So, just yesterday that drain of my battery froze my phone. Keep in mind I already downloaded the update and the phone was working great. The phone decides to optimizing an update yesterday when my battery was at 1%. Yup, you guessed the battery dies in the middle of the optimizing. Now when i restart the phone I make it through the Motorola logo and the phone freezes showing the white Droid logo. I already wiped data/factory reset the phone hoping it would fix the problem. No Luck. If anyone has any suggestions please help.

I tried downloading the update. It said it would take 10 minutes...well it jammed on the "starting applications" page until the battery died. Now it won't boot. It freezes on the boot screen just like yours. I tried factory reset as well with no luck.

I called Tech Support 1-800-922-0204 (press 0 for a live person). They said that the update fried my phone. They are sending me a replacement.
