I've been checking my online status like 20 times a day. Two weeks is going to be too long.

I placed my exchanged order on 11th and so far just received an order number only. They told me it will ship no later than 29th this month. They charged my CC but I haven't received my phone yet. Dang it

I cancelled the order and man has it been a hassle to get my credit back. 5 phone calls later and they said, I'm supposed to receive an email when the credit goes through.

Hi all. Just wanted to jump in and say Hi. I ordered my Inc on 5/10, and noticed a change in my order status this morning. It now says that my order has been processed, and that it should arrive in 2 -3 business days. I guess I'll find out Monday or Tuesday if it was shipped, or if it is just a mistaken form message.

Close friend of mine had an issue with his and they sent him a new one this week. He got it two days later.

I was at the corporate store myself and one of the reps told me they had plenty at the warehouse just not enough to stock all the stores. They were advertising that if you bought one they would have it to you in 2 days.

My mom went to one of the corporate stores today to return hers as she just doesn't like it and they told her there would be a restocking fee. lol... Freaking morons.

i heard the same thing, i was dealing with customer service last week, and was planning to order one, but wanted to check to be sure there wasnt any at my local store. The rep on the phone said he saw 9000 in the warehouse (im assuming a local chicagoland warehouse for me), and they would ship out within 2 days. Well i told him to note on my account the details we had talked about so i could check the store first. The store had none, and the doofus never made a note on my account, so as many of you, im here in the dark. lame i want to play with my new phone haha

I'm still waiting for my warranty replacement. I called today and it won't even ship 'til May29th or so. I've already been waiting a week.

they say I wont get it until June 2nd. This kinda sucks...

Should have caught the train when it was leaving the station, it's going to be awhile before it comes back through. I'm guessing the end of the month.

(I know what ya mean about watching the videos etc, I did that for 3 days while I waited on my phone!)

The inventory system isn't designed to handle backorders. So they essentially tell the system they have phones when they really don't (virtual inventory), which allows them to continue selling the phone.

Like I said I'm guessing end of the month. I said that before the BoyGenius story! All hail the Incredible Mage! lol. Well not sure if the shortage should be considered good that the phone sold better than they thought it would, or bad for supply chain management. Still worth waiting on of the better phones I've used through the years, glad I already got my hands on mine!

No status change today . I saw the Boy Genius report. If you go onto Verizon's website and browse the phones, there's a notifier that the Incredible will ship by 6/1. If you click it to view more info, there's a notifier that says it will ship by 6/4 and if you look below at the reviews, it says "Due to high demand, this device will ship by 6/7"! I'm assuming those delayed dates are if you order today. Finger's crossed.
