They will let you pick it up, you just have to have the Verizon rep call FedEx and tell them to hold it for you and go down with your tracking number and ID.
It's funny cause those emails with the shipping schedule is nothing new, those dates were pretty clear when you ordered. I guess they assume some people didn't see that and thats why we were calling in? Oh well.

I should be able to go to the FedEx tomorrow morning. My wife has the car today, otherwise I'd be on the way there right now! If I bring my shipping paper and ID they have let me pick up things in the past. I would call first to make sure. I ordered mine online 5/10, by the way.

Hi everyone. It appears that people are finally receiving their tracking confirmations today. I ordered mine through Verizon's website on 5/10 and it was processed on 5/11. I just received my shipping confirmation as of 3:14 PM and it's being shipped from PA. I live in Boston so most NE should be getting their notification anytime now. I hope all you guys get the long awaited e-mail soon!
Just left my store. Still no info. I am in Western Pa some mine must be coming from another location other than eastern Pa where they are starting to move.
I order on the phone on the same date and haven't received an email or text with that information and I live in MD also. Geeesh, what the heck is going on..
5/9 still waiting and waiting and waiting. Glimmer of hope as some in the northeast are shipping and to start arriving early next week.
Ordered online 5/10; received shipping email just now (shipping 5/21). Located in Connecticut.

When listing that your shipped please include order date and area ordered some we can see what areas are shipping.

Looks like the northeast is getting a move on which makes me happy. Closer to getting mine! I'm hoping for tracking within the next 5 days.
