Anybody who ordered on or after 6/5 do not expect your phones soon. I just got off the phone with verizon and it is official my ship date is 7/1 which is from the supervisors mouth. I proceeded to go off on her since I will be away starting the 1st and her answer was then cancel your order and reorder so accommodate your travels. She then tried to upgrade me to overnight which I already had. I did get 25 dollars of credit and an offer for the X but I said fine I will get the X if you can pay me an extra 35 for the case and screen protectors I have for the Inc already, she said no we have done enough for you I think.

Super frustrated! I'm a 6/8'r too and was told last week I was on track for my original 6/28 shipping. I called yesterday afternoon and the rep didn't see a ship notice yet, but indicated I should be getting one by 4:30pm.
I called at 4:30 after getting no email, and was told I was on the 5 day delay list.
Now is that 5 business days or regular days? And does the July 4th holiday (Monday the 5th) affect the shipping day delay count too??? When the heck am I going to finally get this thing???

I called yesterday to ask if it was shipped (the promised ship date 6/28 ordered and processed on 6/7) and the woman first put me on hold for a little while than came back and stated that there is indeed a delay and my phone would be shipped june 2 or june 3.
I was like "Oh really, so I should have had the phone in my hand before I even placed the order?"
Long pause..... oh right it should be to you on july 3. but i asked if it were to be shipped or delivered and she specified shipped. BUT she had no idea what she was talking about (so many pauses and trying to pull herself together with something to say). So I'm hoping before the holiday weekend... but i think it will be after and i probably will be away all that week.
this waiting is upsetting and infuriating

after being told by about 5 reps that i couldn't get shipping upgraded from 2 day to overnight i called again this morning and was able to get it upgraded and comped by verizon. i was promised it would ship wednesday and i'd have it in hand thursday. somehow i don't believe it...

Fortunately I ordered in-store and the lady who helped me was nice enough to warn me that it would require a signature, so I told her to have it shipped to my office. This way there will definately be someone available to sign for it, even if I happen to get hit by a Mack truck on the way to work that morning (God forbid). Also, I have no immediate plans of a vacation, so I don't really have to worry about being out of town when it arrives sometime this decade. However, should I have the unfortunate luck to get hit by a Mack truck (or any other truck for that matter) I may have to have my wife pick it up from the office and bring it to the hospital.

When j called yesterday on other business, I figured id ask while she was on the phone, according to her they get regular updates from HTC via the warehouses and this shipment that just came in shouldn't have any delays. My order is 6/8 online, west coast. Other regions, you're on your own I guess.
Well just called VZW CSR for my daily shipping update. There was an update alright, the 'shipments are delayed 5 days' is now ' shipments are delayed up to 10 days'. So I doubt I will be seeing my 6/4 order before the weekend. Any other 6/4 orders with better news?
6/3 people already got theirs in the west, so its prolly just where you're at, if its legit

Just made my daily call and yet again was told my phone should ship today.
I asked about the 5 or 10 day delay and she knew nothing about it. (big surprise)
She was very nice and had an absolutely fantastic Alabama accent.
She offered to call me later with an update so who the hell knows what is going on.
Anyway, as I've stated previously, I'm a 6/8 order/processed and today was my "ship by" date.
Based upon other people here, it's not getting shipped today or probably this week which is highly disappointing.
I hope the days start to go faster because my Storm is dying to see if it can fly!
really!? Where do you live. I hope i get my shipping email. I'm 6/7 too. I want to be lucky too! You are so lucky. Sorry i'm just really excited it could be coming sooner than the lady on the phone told me!!!
6/5 online order. Norfolk, VA.....still nothing. Was told last night 5-10 day delay.......this is a joke.
any 6 6ers call today, just wondering what the latest round of bullsit they are telling you now, I got the 5 day delay, I asked CS what on Gods green earth would make me believe anything they are saying as I was promised the 24th on day of order, then 28th, asked her what is the next BS date? She said its not our fault as we dont have the phones, I told her I was a plumber had my own business, Im going to start taking money for toilets I dont have, asked her if she would order one from me ...........long silence then an apology for the inconvenience sir, most orders are going out before the 5 day extension, I said ill call back in 6 days.......
