Yea, there's a long line behind you still. Checked the website this morning and it's advertised as "shipped by 8/3" so I imagine demand hasn't slacked up that much yet.
Still waiting. Last conversation with CS was delivered by 7/9.....I go on vacation 7/5 maybe I will get lucky.

gotta love fed ex...shipped from west chester PA to Newark NJ and its now in Middletown PA and gets to sit in a warehouse all weekend until tuesday when itll be delivered...thanks fed ex
I've been following this thread for a few weeks now and it's made the wait SO much easier. From having no idea when this thing will EVER arrive to being able to figure out approximately how many days from the reports of people receiving them have made the waiting so much easier. Thanks you all, and post when you receive yours; I'll do the same.

Thank Verizon for not paying the few extra bucks for you to get it on Saturday. Sorry, but why would FedEx deliver a package on a special shipping day that cost extra without getting the extra money? Sadly, that's just business. Tuesday will come soon enough! Hang in there!
I agree, gnh5002's frustrations are misplaced. If Verizon would have been kind enough to pay extra for Saturday delivery he'd have his phone today.

As far when to expect your phone to get a general ideal as it stand now, hopefully it will speed up tho .
If you add 30 days to the time you ordered it seems to work best, then if anything if you get it before then it will be a surprise .
A surprise is always better then stressing and thinking "WTF wheres it at ??" for example ordered : 6/22 expect it around 7/22 and if earlier a surprise.
PS: I speak from experience I was one of the ones who thought "WTF ,Where's it at "
instead of the "surprised way"

I talked with a Verizon CSR and his manager last night about replacing my wife's Eris. Since I have went throught 3 Eris's I was pushing for a different device and pushed for an Inc. He said it wasn't possible because they wouldn't have them back in stock till the 28th of July. Take it for what it's worth. So I ended up getting her a Moto Droid so she's on the dark side now lol 
lol, interesting. Well, I'm guessing a new HTC device will be coming in the next few months then. The back orders have to stop at some point. It's hurting HTC a ton. Esp since the Droid X is coming out soon.

you would prob be better off ordering it now bc the ship date just keeps getting pushed back further and further... and shipping may speed up once the X comes out and at least u will have a spot in line already waiting for it

I just wanted to spread a little encouragement to those still waiting... I've had mine in my hands for four days now and wow, it was definitely worth the wait!
Of course there may be better phones on the horizon but that doesn't mean they won't have their quirks or supply problems as well.

Haha so excited to play with it I forgot to post that I GOT IT!!! I couldn't agree more with ic3p0 this phone is amazing, and well WELL worth the wait, hang in there everyone
