Droid Incredible Shipping?

Depends on where you are located. It seems that if your phone will be coming out of the Memphis Warehouse then you will have a 2 day delay. Everywhere else seems to be a "little" ahead of schedule. Hope this helps

I went to my nephew's 19th birthday party last night...he had an Incredible! I could not believe it. My wife has been considering the Blackberry Bold 9650 since she is not really into games and any apps other than productivity types of apps and she liked the "real" keyboard on the Blackberry.

Well, I guess my nephew is a good salesman as we just went to Verizon today and my wife decided to order an HTC Incredible for herself instead of the Blackberry.

Only problem now is that, to avoid any confusion with our billing cycle and not having to start with 2 individual plans and then merge into a family plan a month after her's comes in a week later, I now have to wait another week or so after I get mine shipped before I can activate mine. We do not have Verizon plans yet, new customers.

Oh well, I've already got to wait a month anyway, what's another week (I know...pure torture ? At least I can charge it a few times and read the manual.

Hopefully people start to report that their orders are coming earlier than expected or at least on time. That would be great news.

I also hope that she gets the AMOLED screen instead of the SLCD screen. If this article is correct, she should slip right in at the last minute and get the AMOLED screen still. Cross your fingers.

I know how you all feel. This time last week I was sitting around waiting for my Incredible and I thought it would never come. Mine was delivered on Friday but it almost never made it. My wife who was home waiting for it missed the FedEx guy. He left me a note saying he would be back on Tuesday...4 days later!!!

Needless to say I picked it up at the facility near me a few hours later. And here I am now posting to the boards from my new phone and couldn't be more happier with my purchase. For all of you waiting it definitely is worth the wait. I think you will all love it as well. I hope you get them soon!!!

Yea I'm hoping that Memphis picks up their behinds this week and gets caught up because I'm a 6/12er and my expected ship date is 7/9 also. I'm way down in Orlando, but I'm pretty sure mine will come from Memphis and not West Chester.

Yeah. Mine is only an hour away from me. Hope it gets here Tuesday, even though the expected delivery date is Wednesday. The way this whole cluster has been handled I'm not expecting any miracles.

but scheduled to be here Wed.

Sorry nope FedX has to make the first attempt before you can try for a pickup, after they do then you can but at least your wait is pretty much over just a day or 2 at most

What you didn't believe everyone when they were saying it only last 5-6 hours on the stock battery lol. Yeah if you are waiting take this opportunity to figure out which extended you want, because you will want it.

Have found a ton of tweaks to get more battery life, tons of info out there, best thing I have done so far is install Automatic Task killer, it kills alot of processes that run in background while phone is sleeping, easy to use.

SO i ordered my phone on June 13, and the site said it should be shipped by the 12th of July. I'm going on freakin vacation on the 14th, so i seriously doubt it will be here in time.. Verizon really needs to get it together. I called customer service and the lady told me to expect it by the 18th because of a 5 day delay, then she told em to disregard that, it didnt apply to me and it only applied to those who ordered after the 13th. I think they just say these things to keep you waiting for this phone and to keep you from cancelling your order or even cancelling Verizon all together. I have patience but my poor chocolate is on its last life.. My batter life is short.. my charger is going to explode any minute now.. and i'll be in another state alone with the potential of havin a crappy phone! Thanks A Lot Verizon!

Ugh - I hope it makes it on the truck tomorrow! I would expect it to, but the way this whole process has been I'm afraid I've got no expectations left!
