Droid mini constant loop even after factory reset

[AC Question]

Hello.
Droid mini stopped working today, abruptly. Shut down and went on booting loop. It's stuck on the red logo.

So I do the trick with the volume and power button and go for the recovery. Recovery Command is dead, says no command. So I did the other trick and went for Wipe out cache. It took a long time the first, I did it a couple of more times.

Still not booting past the red logo.

So I remove the sim card and go for full factory reset/data wipe, twice. Still stuck in rebooting.

What else is there to do?

Hi, did you manage to find a resolution to the above? was the phone rooted?
