I've tried many and keep getting the itch to reinstall a custom rom again, but I just keep coming back to stock. I use LPP because of speed and customization it allows/widgets, dock, plus the ability to hide the bloatware and I use Titanium B/U so I can freeze the bloatware. Just as fast as any custom rom I've tried.
I've come from the OG Droid and the Droid Inc. and was constantly flashing different roms, but those don't have locked bootloaders and the options for roms was so much more. All the roms for the Droid X seem mostly the same and that is what annoys me. I just got my X about a month ago and I'm bored with it and looking to change services simply so I can get an HTC Evo/best of both worlds...same size plust more rom options.
