Ordered my Thunderbolt case on Friday and isn't suppose to arrive till Tuesday but of course in the meantime I drop my phone which cracks the screen 
I have insurance with Verizon. Will they replace it with a new one at a Verizon store? Or do I have to do the whole claim thing with Asurion?
