Dropped my phone down the stairs

This morning I got up fairly early like usual and managed to drop my phone and it bounced down the carpet stairs into the basement. It has a Defender case on it absolutely no problems with it but I didn't check for the s pen . I forgot that it likes to eject. Started taking the dogs on a walk and probably 20 yards from the house the notice came on the phone that the S Pen was not inserted. I looked all around the stairs and didn't find the pen will check again when I come back with the dogs.

Not a scratch. Even though carpeted area it bounced pretty good going down

Totally worth it buying the more expensive better protective cases

Love the S pen warning system. Those things are 50 bucks!
