E and 3 keys on keyboard not working in portrait mode on my Nexus 4, how can I fix this?

"e" and "3" keys on keyboard not working in portrait on nexus 4

Yesterday i was chating on whatsapp suddenly the phone made a sound like "bzzt" and became unresponsive and had restarted.
When it turned on all keyboard keys were working fine except the e letter and number 3.
I tried factory reset,flash image recovery,change keyboards styles,uninstall google keyboard updates and clearing cache but nothing worked.

I would greatly appreciate it if you kindly give me some suggestions.

Hello Mahdi, welcome to the forums! There's an old thread where we tried several things to fix this same problem. It ended up to be a hardware problem. Just in case, take a look at this thread and see if any of the fixes work for you.
