Yeah but thats the point. I do not want to setup my phone all over again.. Hmmm really hoping I can jus keep getting updates with out any setup.. like bypassing some check and installing the OTA's..

You could try Chainfire's FlashFire Tool Updated To v0.27 With Marshmallow And OTA Support - I have not used it, so you will need to read up on it.

More hassle than it is worth (IMO) - flashing factory images (without flashing userdata) is fairly quick - doesn't disturb your user data, no phone setup needed after that - I do that every month - takes me about 10 minutes max. But your phone, your choice.

Edit:

If you do this, you should make sure to fully unroot your supersu; it's under settings near the bottom. But you will have to edit build.prop (though what you're doing seems to be easy enough).

Actually, since flashing the factory images replaces the system (and other partitions), no need to unroot at all. It gets cleaned out. After flashing factory images, op will need to reroot

Earlier in this thread, you had indicated you flashed the factory images - how did you do that? Did you use the flash-all script? Or did you unzip the factory image and flash the individual files?
If you flashed the individual files, those are the exact same steps to follow - just remember to not flash userdata, and don't factory reset (doing either will wipe your phone). I recommend keeping the bootloader unlocked (unlocking/relocking the BL on N6 will wipe your data as well).

If you need a refresher, look at [TUTORIAL][GUIDE][HOW TO] Flash Factory Imag… | Nexus 6 - follow method 2, and remember to not factory reset, and skip the step for flashing userdata.
It may look daunting, but once you get going, it takes less than 10 minutes.

As a precaution, always make sure your data is backed up (which you should be doing regardless)
