Entertainment kit

Hey guys. Just ordered my Sprint s8+ last night, shipped this morning will arrive Monday I think. I ordered through Sprint. How do I register on the Samsung App? I've verified with Sprint Chat Support that my order through Sprint is eligible for the offer, but I can't find WHERE to apply on the APP, just where to buy a whole new phone completely.
 
Actually the Shop Samsung APP was no use for me. Maybe its because there wasn't any way for me sign into my profile account as it only showed me as "Samsung Guest". But there were no option to claim promotions or register. There were only options to shop for new devices and other tech. The method I posted above came from Samsung Help Support directly.
 
Correction: I think the method I shared with you guys which came from Samsung Chat was for the GEAR VR, not the "Clear Case/SD Card/Netflix Entertainment Kit". I think the guy I chatted to was confused, and I didn't make this connection until after I ended the session.

So, it looks likes you need to have already received your new S8/S8+ BEFORE you can claim the offer.
I was trying to do this on my current device (htc one) to get it done as quickly as possible.
I've only ordered the S8+ last night, I'm still waiting on it.

So, once the new S8+ arrive and I go to activate it, the Shop Samsung App should have an area to register for this promotion?
This would explain why I couldn't access that on my htc one?

Another small update: Samsung confirmed the SHOP SAMSUNG App and the register claim for the "All in One Entertainment Kit" must be performed on a Samsung Device only.

This explains why I couldn't do anything on the App that is installed on my HTC device. It would be nice if Samsung and the carriers would provide CLEAR instructions on things like this.
 
You can do it from the website (link you posted) as well, but you have to enter imei and other data that is done for you in the shop Samsung app...

It only works on Samsung phones. You'll only have to provide the proof of purchase/lease and your info. It's way faster and easier to use the app then online.
