Error code 65536

[Android Central Question]

Rukbat, you're obviously an expert. I don't really understand your answer. Can you tell me, I get this code, suspect maybe the person I'm trying to contact may have been in a car accident. Could you please explain in other than technospeak? Not trying to sound jerky, just really worried. Thanks
