Error message of stop 10 installing helium on pc.

Hi, I am trying to setup helium on android phone and pc. I keep getting a stop 10 issue for the following:

Android adb interface for root/usbdeviceclass/0000
Android bootloader interface for root/usbdeviceclass/0001

How do I fix this issue? Plz let me know.

Helium hasn't been supported for 2 years. Find another app to use. Titanium Backup will do about the same things (but it's not free, and the phone has to be rooted).
