Error with Linking Bank Account in Solo Funds App

There is an error message when linking my bank account with the Solo Funds android app via Plaid. Samsung Pass was used with an incorrect password for my bank's online login and when I finally realized that and put in my password manually, there was an error message reading "User is Blocked." The app did say that my account is linked, but looped back to the start page of the account linking.

I emailed customer service, but haven't got a reply.

My online password was changed and I logged in online, but my account is still blocked?

How to unblock the linking of my account and complete setup?
