Obviously they hit another snag. It's sucks. But it is what it is. We have waiting this long so if there is a delay of a few more days to freak out and demand a refund is to me, Essentially silly.

How do you know that they are so close to shipping?I know it's frustrating waiting but for now just don't think about it and once you receive it see how it goes and return it if you don't like. They are so close to shipping and you have waited so long from the announcement/then placing the order. So just wait few more days, even if you are angry and don't want to support them, use the phone and then return within the return period. Just my 2 cents![]()

I have to agree with this. I was charged at first order but that dropped off. Then about hour ago I was fully charged.My card just got charged as well. Vendors typically don't charge until the day of shipping so it's safe to say they're shipping tonight/tomorrow.
