I have emailed twice today's asking for a status update and I got no response. At least you got a response.

Hmm seeing no one else got new tracking in the last one hour, are they done with the first batch?

Looks like they shipped the orders randomly which will be a shame. Reserved and ordered as soon as it was available so hopefully they don't leave us from the first batch.

To add, I ordered the camera as well. Anyone who ordered both camera and phone got tracking?

Camera tracking was going out separately.

Yeah same here that's what it said when the order camera email came thru.

Hopefully that's not what delaying some of our orders.

I do get why people are excited and wanting there phone right away. It seems like people are going a little overboard with how much anger they have though. They said they would ship within the next 7 days. And if you ordered the phone on the first day (16th) then they started shipping the phone between the 7th and 8th business day so they are not to far off from there original statement. I think people thought they would get a email in 2 days saying the phone had shipped because we are so used to ordering something on amazon or whatever and it's on our doorstep within a day or to. I do get people's frustration but I think we should give them at least a chance especially since this is there first order ever.

Correction you'll get a separate email regarding the camera being shipped but it will use the same tracking number as the phone. Since I've seen no one mention getting the camera sent as well I can only guess it was phone orders only.

No I think all of us that ordered and paid for the camera are still on hold.
