everytime i received a message in my line apps why there is no notification sound? any help

when i received a message from my line apps i didnt hear any sound thats why i wasnt able to notice immediately if i do have a message.

Hi, go into settings, volume - make sure you have your notification volume set to the highest point.

Welcome to Android Central! Also, open Line, tap Menu>Settings, and look for any notification settings within the app itself. Make sure it's set to give you notifications.
