evo 4g stuck on white htc evo screen HELP!!

after recovering into a rom my evo wont get past the white htc evo screen. i tried loading back to the rom i was on before and it didnt work. I formatted my sd card and wiped the caches on the phone and it still didnt work..

You do know now that you formatted the sdcard you lost any backups you had and anything else you had on the sdcard unless you copied it to your pc before doing so.
What hboot , what rom and what recovery

If you're S-ON, chances are you forgot to flash the "boot.IMG" file BEFORE installation, and after just to make sure.
