Glad to help!

The bottom dock icons came with the myns warm theme I use, however the dreamlyfe icon set are pretty much identical to those. Google dreamlyfe icon to get them.The dock itself is froyowide from launcher pro but it is also themed from myms warm, try the app launcher pro icons from the market to see if they have that dock there.

As far as the large size icons I use desktop visualizer from the market, you can customize icons to whatever size you like and even change the image on them.
