Ah, it's no problem.

Though you voided your warranty by getting the thing rooted you may want to try sending it in to HTC for replacement.

This is a real shame, out of curiosity what was the ROM you were trying to flash?

ava-froyo v8 - i have done it before no prob but ths phone was bootlooping when i bought it - i actually got into trouble once i did the rom install it didnt fix the looping issue,.. im think maybe it was exposed to water or mositure honestly
