evo wont turn

AEVO is dead will not power on. I need help

There is a red dot in the upper left corner.. but it won't power on

Try holding down the power and volume down at the same time. This is a hard reset.

Anything in particular you did before it did this?

Maybe install an app? Run a program? Take a picture?

Actually its the wife's phone. She was talking on it and it just quit working

You're lucky you got yours to turn back on, my evo wouldn't turn back on, now im waiting on my replacement.
