Extreme wake lock trouble on 5.1.1

I updated to 5.1.1 last week and things seemed great until today. I am having severe battery drain and a solid wake lock that can't be solved. I have tried a reboot, a partition wipe, closing out of prior apps, turning off wifi, airplane mode, but nothing has helped.

What's really weird is that the battery results show that wifi is still enabled even after I have turned it off, and even during airplane mode.

Might need to do a factory reset, I personally do one after any update. Updates tend to always mess something up.
