facebook password problem

Hey all. I deactivated my Facebook account yesterday. I turned off all notifications on my phone both in menu-accounts-Facebook and also in the facebook app itself. However every couple minutes I keep getting a notification telling me to insert my Facebook password. How do I turn off this notification?

If you clear data and cache in the facebook app the notification will stop. To do that hit menu>settings>applications>manage applications>all applications>facebook then clear the data and cache.
