Factory reset won't finish restoring

After I factory reset my G3 and successfully added my Google account it won't complete the "restoring" phase. I'm going crazy. What can I do?

How long has it been restoring for? You can try existing out of the restoring phase, or reboot and see if that helps.

Any u[date on your situation, OP? Did your phone get past the restoring phase?
