I have purchased 2 cases from the Spigen SGP UK Store and have had to return both of them because they were faulty! The first was the Ultra Bumper in Infinity White which had some rough edges. The second was a Neo Hybrid in Infinity White which didn't fit properly. Also the volume button wouldn't work while the case was on. I got an email response from the seller suggesting that my Galaxy S3 was faulty! Has anyone else had a problem with these cases? :(

I have also purchased a Spigen Neo Hybrid in Infinity White (not from ebay) and after a few days the band around the case broke. The retailer replaced it, and now not long after, the replacement has broken too. The retailer is not being cooperative about replacing the case again and suggested that I write to Spigen - they say the case is not an original Spigen but a FAKE!!.
I checked the authentication and this could well be correct as the black case that I have does not appear in the Spigen catalogue even though it came in original box, sealed and carrying bar code number and full model details. Also, I thought I purchased from a reliable dealer.
Is the ebay UK site an official retailer/seller of Spigen products?
Does any body have anything to add.
Meanwhile, beware the authenticity of Spigen products

I bought my cases via Amazon. They were genuine. You can also order direct from the Spigen website. I don't really trust the eBay sellers.

At first you said you purchased your case from a retailer that was not from ebay, but later you ask if ebay UK is an official retailer/seller? Does that mean you used eBay or not? Because there is no difference between eBay and eBay UK, just for a different region.

Spigen does have an official ebay store here:

But I'm sure there are a ton of unofficial sellers selling Spigen cases on ebay.
